In this small group, participants will meet weekly for eight sessions to learn about mental illness and substance abuse. There will also be a discussion on how the two co-exist and how they keep individuals trapped in the self-destructive cycles.
If you or someone you care about is struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or another mental illness in addition to substance abuse, you are welcome to join this group. Please call for more information as group space is limited to six to eight participants.

In this small group, participants will meet weekly for eight sessions to learn about the experiences they may encounter on campus and to identify the stressors that come with being a college student.
It is a 1 hour per week therapy group session designed to give students that extra confidence and motivation to excel in all areas of higher education. In this group, we cover several relevant topics in-depth and with transparency. Please call for more information as group space is limited to eight participants.
